Open Question: Are Sweden and Norway socialist?

Just checking. RockIt, but wait! Otto was just taunting conservatives and saying there is no socialism in Europe. So, which is it? Wait, wait, how can a country be BOTH socialist and capitalist at the same time? Aren't those things opposite like Otto said? Oooooh, Otto must be SO CONFUSED by this... But Otto, you said they are NOT socialist. Can you make up your mind? Scarecrow, Wikipedia says Norway and Sweden are not socialist, last I checked. Otto, so does socialism actually exist anyplace in the world? And if not, why would anybody want socialism if it has never worked anyplace in the world?
