Resolved Question: If Europe is not socialist, then what countries have ever used socialism successfully?

Now leftists are on the run claiming that Europe is not socialist. So there goes their main argument for socialism. Liberals used to say "Socialism is working in Europe. Just look at Norway and Sweden." Now they deny that socialism exists. So why would we use something that has never worked anyplace on Earth? BTW, technically Norway and Sweden are not socialist because the means of production is privately owned, which violates the definition of socialism. So please don't answer by saying they are socialist. Otto? Otto? Where's Otto? THERE'S Otto! Had to think a minute. Please answer the question, Otto. Where has socialism ever worked? If it has never worked, why should we use it? Otto, you only told me there is NO socialism in Europe. You never gave an example where it did work. Otto, I checked my other question, you only said "Its never been implemented anywhere properly." So I take that as a NO. Are you finished playing this little game now, Otto?
